It seeks to train the student and transform their reality to be able to do everything that is proposed.
It is based on the active participation of the student in the learning process and the training for participation in society, because we propose that by participating, researching, looking for answers, the empirical knowledge is really reached.

Active because career education is to be given hands-on or learn-by-doing.
Motivating because students need to be supported and encouraged every step of the way.
