
The Pastry & Baking Arts Diploma Program at Florida Education Institute is designed to give students a strong, career-ready foundation in the art and science of professional pastry and baking. This hands-on pastry and baking arts training program introduces fundamental techniques used in today’s kitchens, including pastry production, cake design and decoration, laminated dough, artisan breads, hot and cold desserts, chocolate and sugar work, and dessert presentation for special events.
Throughout the program, emphasis is placed on accuracy, patience, disciplined hand skills, and a deep understanding of pastry and baking principles. Students train in a structured, real-world learning environment that mirrors professional kitchen expectations while building consistency, creativity, and technical confidence.

The FEI High School Scholarship is available to high school seniors interested in pursuing their education at FEI. 4 annual scholarships of $2,500 each (two awarded in winter, two in fall).
